1. Forming of Contract

1.1. By purchasing an item from us, you have entered into a contract with Reiki Dreamcrafts (53402348K) governed by Singapore law, and you are deemed to have agreed to the stated Terms & Conditions including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Exchange Policies.

2. Sales of our Products & Services

2.1. After placing an online order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Once we have checked on the condition and the availability of the items in your order, we will send a confirmation email, stating that your order is being processed. It is your obligation to check the order details and ensure the order is correct. 

2.2. Most of our products listed are of unique design (i.e. one unique piece per design). Please check with our staff via the contact form if you are unsure of the colour or style available. As our products are mainly handmade, the end product may differ slightly from the illustration displayed. Please check with our staff if you have any uncertainty.

2.3. Our site is currently only intended for use by people residing in Singapore. For orders from individuals outside of Singapore, please email us at hello@reikidreamcrafts.com.

3. Shipping

3.1. We are currently providing free shipping to all shoppers, and only ship to areas within Singapore. For shipping to areas outside of Singapore, please email us at hello@reikidreamcrafts.com to enquire.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1. All products returned to us, due to the product being defective or not to your satisfaction, will be checked on by us. Provided we are satisfied with the condition of the product following the check, we will either replace the item or provide you with a refund.

4.2. All claims for exchange or refund should be made within 30 days after the purchase. All other claims made after the stated period of 30 days will not be entertained.

4.3. The cost of return transportation is at your expense, unless otherwise stated.

6.1. Contracts for the purchase of our products or services through our site will be governed by the Law of Singapore. Any dispute arising from such Contracts shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of The Republic of Singapore.
